LOCATION: Ano Archanes (within the settlement) - Municipality of Archanes - Asterousia.
On a plot of 114.90 sq.m. owned by Konstantinos Kyriakakis, which is located within the boundaries of the settlement of Ano Archanes, at the location "Troulos" (within the traditional part of the settlement), of the Municipality of Archanes - Asterousia, a two-storey stone-built, detached house with swimming pool is to be erected.
The house will have a gamma shape. The house will have a total area of 152.60sq.m. and will consist of a ground floor of 76.30sq.m. and a first floor of 76.30sq.m.
The ground floor of the house will consist of an open plan room with fireplace (living room, kitchen), a bathroom, a bedroom and the staircase leading to the first floor. The first floor will consist of a master bedrooma room and the staircase which leads to the walk-up attic. In the courtyard and in front of the house a swimming pool and a canopy with roof planting will be constructed.
All the materials that will be used will be of high quality, certified and the construction will be done in accordance with the applicable provisions and regulations. Indicatively, the load-bearing structure of the buildings and the swimming pools will be made of reinforced concrete of category C25/30 reinforced with structural steel S500c, the floor tiles and the bathroom coverings will be of high quality, of first grade Italian production. The insulation and thermal insulation of the houses will be made with materials of the company ISOMAT or SIKA. The painting of the house will be made with luxury paints of the company VIVECROM. The external frames will be of the company ALUMIL or ALUMINCO, electrostatically painted, energy profile aluminum with thermal break, opening or superimposed with screen, with covers or with roller blinds and energy glazing of four seasons according to the study. The sanitary fittings will be of the recognized and certified companies IDEAL STANDARD or GROHE. The heating and cooling of the premises will be provided by low temperature central heat pumps, underfloor heating and a system of local ceiling fan coil type units has been selected which will cover the load of the dwellings per room.
Finally, in the courtyard of the plot a planted canopy, a green area and a swimming pool will be created. A central entrance for the house will be built as well. The materials used for the construction of both the house and the courtyard will be in line with the broader built-up area.
