In a plot of 4.048,32 sq.m. owned by Kyriakakis Konstantinos, which is located outside the boundaries of the settlement of Agia Pelagia, in the location Avgokefalo of the Municipality of Malevizi, a complex of two new two-storey houses with basement, underground and two swimming pools is to be erected.
The houses will have a rectangular shape. Each house will consist of a ground floor and basement of 163.31sq.m. and the first floor of 61.20sq.m. This translates into a total floor area of 224.51sq.m. for each house and a total floor area of 449.02sq.m. for both houses.
